A consortium which includes housebuilders Bellway, Taylor Woodrow and Lovell with Taylor Young, has been appointed by New East Manchester Ltd as the preferred developer to create a high quality, high value family neighbourhood in the Lower Medlock Valley.
The consortium will work closely with New East Manchester Ltd, its partners and the community to develop a masterplan and implementation framework for an area that covers 18 hectares (44 acres) and is within one and a half miles of Manchester city centre
