Taylor Young were commissioned by Preston City Council and British Waterways, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to identify a new future for Preston, based on its water assets.
The aim was not simply to develop sites, but to make an enlarged and improved city. This pre-feasibility work identified many radical ideas which now set an interesting challenge for future policy development and planning documents |
